onCall Design was founded by Tara Collis and has been providing quality resources for your visual media since 1999. Her creative experience spans decades. Her focus has been the user-interface or front end design of web sites along with print media and graphic design. Tara's professional history encompasses over 15 years of experience contracting for government agencies and working within commercial and nonprofit sectors.

onCall Design offers creative and technical talents. We are a connected network of professionals that are self-motivated, dedicated, bring a wealth of experience to the table with a real concern for client satisfaction. Tara will personally see your project through with you, every step of the way.

onCall Design works with a network of professionals on a contractual, consulting, or freelance basis. We are available for some on-site project work. Our services are not limited to location or professional niche. We have served clients across the United States with our main customer-base being centered in Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
